Right of withdrawal (Quebec CPA)
You have a 7-day period following your subscription to cancel and obtain a full refund, without justification. See article 9 below.
This agreement is entered into between Fabien Barcelo, operator of the Cardly service (reachable at support@cardlyapp.ca), and any person creating an account on the application. By creating an account, you accept these terms in full.
Cardly is a web application for credit card management that lets you track your expenses, compute your reward points and optimize your credit usage. Cardly does not constitute a financial or banking advisory service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cardly. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Cardly may suspend any account in the event of a violation of these terms.
Pricing is displayed at app.cardlyapp.ca/upgrade. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically. Cardly may change its pricing with 30 days' notice by email.
The service is reserved for personal and lawful use. Prohibited: account sharing, resale of access, commercial use without authorization, any attempt to circumvent plan restrictions.
Cardly strives to keep the service continuously available but does not guarantee any specific uptime. Occasional interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
Your data is used exclusively to operate the service. It is never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The application, its code and its design are the exclusive property of Fabien Barcelo. You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the application.
Legal right: 7 days
Under article 214 of the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec CPA), you may cancel your subscription within 7 days of subscribing and receive a full refund. Cancel from Settings → Subscription. Refunds are processed within 15 days.
After 7 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No pro-rated refund is offered for annual subscriptions past this deadline.
Cardly is provided "as is". We are not responsible for point calculation errors, financial decisions made based on the application, or service interruptions. Our liability may not exceed amounts paid over the past 12 months.
We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, notably the CPA (R.S.Q., c. P-40.1). Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
